The puzzles feature:
- A laser-cut wooden baseboard with perfectly smooth edges and rounded corners, safe for little hands.
- Letters 3d printed from bio-plastic (all our letters are made from renewable natural resources -> cornstarch and tapioca starch).
- A knob on each letter to help develop young children's fine motor skills.
- The gap in the puzzle board is slightly larger than the letter puzzle piece itself, so they're easy for little hands to take in and out.

Lulo puzzles meet the Toy Safety Standard- AS/NZS 8124.1 and are suitable for any age.
The 3D printed letters are made from PLA+ which is made from plant- based materials (corn starch, sugar cane and potatoes).
PLA+ is a bio-plastic that is biodegradable, non-toxic and BPA Free.
